Ardibey smoked cheese has been made from cow's milk and sheep's milk and comes from the Navarra area.
This cheese has the Roncal Denomination of Origin and has been smoked by natural smoke from Navarre beech wood, which gives the cheese a humorous touch, unique in flavor, although it is mild and light in salt.
We recommend taking Ardibey smoked cheese as an appetizer or starter, as part of a high-quality cheese board or in gourmet cheese salads. It is also ideal to serve alone with a good glass of wine.
