The quarter of dry cured cheese Viriato Añejo is made with raw sheep's milk and the ripening period is longer than 9 months.

It similar to Manchego cheese because of the characteristic flavor of dry cheese, provided by the raw sheep milk.

We recommend to take the aged dry aged cheese Viriato as an appetizer, as part of a high quality cheese board or in salads with gourmet cheese. It is also ideal to serve in tapas, accompanied by a good wine.
