The Llonganissa de Payés from Casa Riera Ordeix is a natural and traditional product made with pork. It has been made artisanally, using pork meat, which has been grinded, kneaded and seasoned with black pepper and sea salt. After this, it is stuffed in natural pork casing and dry it between a month and a half to two months.
On the other hand, this sausage does not contain preservatives, lactose, gluten and sulfites. It is also suitable for coeliacs since it has been made using exclusively natural ingredients.
This sausage comes with a special packaging and vacuum packed that certifies its origin and keeps the product in perfect conditions.
