Purtroppo ho da rilevare che il prodotto è molto salato e secco forse una stagionatura eccessiva Non è quello che mi aspettavo da un serrano gran riserva.spero che nel futuro prima di spedire un Vs Prodotto specie se dissossato la provate onde evitare giudizi negativi


Gracias por su comentario. Lamentamos que el producto no fuera satisfactorio. El Serrano Gran Reserva en cuestión no tiene que ser salado, es el Serrano de máxima calidad y debe tener un sabor suave. Es verdad que depende de la zona del jamón, por ejemplo la contramaza, puede ser más curado y un poco más fuete de sabor. Aun así le contactaremos en privado en breve para valorar el producto. Gracias por su confianza.

I order one every 6 months. It is my favourite: the amount of fat is not too high, which make it very convenient for mountain or sailing activities.I recommend to eat it between 15 and 20 degC. When cold, flavor is not so high.The only thing which is missing is the name of the part on each bag, to know which part of the leg we are testing
