Mittel Casa Riera Ordeix Payés salchichón ist ein natürliches und traditionelles Produkt aus Schweinefleisch. Es wurde auf traditionelle Weise aus Schweinefleisch hergestellt, das später zerkleinert, geknetet und mit schwarzem Pfeffer und Meersalz gewürzt wird. Danach wird es in eine natürliche Schweinefleischhülle gefüllt und zwischen anderthalb und zwei Monaten trocknen gelassen.

 

Diese Wurst enthält keine Konservierungsstoffe, Laktose, Gluten und Sulfite. Es ist auch für Zöliakiekranke geeignet, da es ausschließlich aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen hergestellt wurde.
