Iberian Bellota Spanish shoulder ham "Gran Reserva" is a special shoulder ham because of its 34 months of curing time and its great size, from 5,5-6kg, High performance shoulder ham.
The result is spectacular, with small injections of fat that enhance the flavor and provide a unique mellow taste.(Limited production)

It consist of:

25 sachets of cut shoulder ham (100g)
1 packet of "virutas", bits of ham on the bone (150g)
1 bone, 3 or 4 pieces of bone ideal for soup.

Origin : Extremadura

Breed: Iberian

Curing: Plus than 30 months.

Diet : Fed with acorns. Top quality shoulder ham certified.

Production: The traditional curing process provides a natural cellar aroma and a unique delicate taste.

Part of the pig:Bellota Iberian pig foreleg.

Vacuum-packed: The product is cut at the right time and vacuum-packed immediately to preserve its quality flavour and aroma. We recommend opening the envelope 15 minutes before serving it at room temperature.

Taste: Intense flavour and incredible aroma with small pink fat layers which helps appreciate better the fabulous texture of this masterpiece.

Health : rich in protein, B vitamins and oleic acid (good cholesterol producer). Very low in calories (95cal per 50g), an indispensable part of the Mediterranean diet, 100% healthy.

Curiosities: The texture of the fat is homogeneous and creamy. If we take a small amount of fat between two fingers and rubbed it melts easily.
