The Chorizo Iberico Bellota sliced is made with a carefully selected mixture of pork meat from iberian pata negra bellota pigs. The mixture is seasoned with salt and red natural pepper to bestuffed into a natural pork gut and put it to dry slowly.

It comes in a 100gr sachet vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.

Breed: Iberian Acorn

Preparation: Chorizo Iberico Bellota is made with a carefully selected mixture of pork meats, from acorn-fed Iberian pigs. The mixture is seasoned with salt and red natural pepper to be stuffed into a natural pork gut following the traditional recipe. The natural, slowly drying process is done until the product is in its optimal curing point.

Presentation: It comes in a 100gr sachet vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.

Taste: Intense taste provided by the traditional seasoning process.

Consumption: Because of its intense, good taste you may eat it with traditional bread and other iberian products.

Curiosities: The special feature that makes it different compared to other iberian sausages is the characteristic reddish colour due to the seasoning with red natural pepper.

The product will be cut just before being vacuum-packed for shipping so that it retains its original quality, aroma and flavour.

  • Vacuum-packed in 100gr packs just after it’s being cut.

This presentation allows you to eat delicious products sliced and with all their aroma and flavour.

We recommend you to take the product out of the plastic bag 15 minutes before eating it. The vacuum-packed products we sell can be stored in the fridge for 6 months. Please check the expiry date of each product.

The mixture is seasoned with salt and natural pepper to be stuffed into a natural pork gut following the traditional recipe. The slowly natural dry process is done until the product reaches its optimal curing point.

Presentation: It comes in a 100gr sachet vacuum packed so that you get its full intact aroma and enjoy it at home.

Taste: Very, very tasty with a dry meat seasoned flavour.

Consumption: Because of its intense, good taste you may eat it with traditional bread and other iberian products.

Curiosities: The proportion of natural pepper is just the right one so the sausage is tasty but not too spicy.

Preparation: It comes from each of the two pieces of meat that are next to the spine below the pig ribs. It’s marinated with salt, natural pepper and spices as it has been maked traditionally for many, many years. The curing process takes a minimum of 3 months to get a delicious iberian dish
