The "Xoubas" fried stewed sardines Ramon Peña “Black Label” came from the galician stuaries, which is quality assurance. Ramon Peña makes an exquisite selection  in port of the best pieces, as well as belonging to the  “Black Label” line of high quality. Once at the factory, sardines are cleaned and manually glutted, rolled in flour for later frying it with olive oil and then canned with a homemade sauce.

We advice serving it with salads or toasts with natural tomato and white cheese.
